Born in Cehegín, Murcia, Carmen practiced competitive rhythmic gymnastics from the age of 5, but it wasn't until she was 21 that she discovered fitness while studying at university. What began as a hobby quickly became a vocation. Her focus was not only aesthetic, but deeply connected to health, well-being, and personal development. 

With an unstoppable mindset and a work ethic forged through daily effort, Carmen forged her way into the demanding world of professional bodybuilding. Today, she's a renowned IFBB Pro League athlete, known as "the Spanish Queen of Figure." 

Her presence in international competitions such as the IFBB Mr. Big Evolution Pro has inspired thousands of women to train with purpose and believe in their strength. 

But Carmen wanted to go beyond the stage. She wanted to leave her mark.
