We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase.

If you don't like it, return it!

Luxfit will gladly accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund and will cover return shipping on all UK orders with a pre-paid return label. While we do not currently offer exchanges, you can generate a free return label by visiting our Returns Portal.



Please ensure you have your order number and email address to hand.

We currently do not offer free returns on international orders.

Luxfeel is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
